LEAVE GOODS UNATTENDED
Should you advise us at time of ordering to leave goods unattended at the delivery destination you agree to the following conditions
You are allowing our courier to leave your order package(s) unattended as per your instructions
Once our courier has notified that delivery has been made it is deemed to have been delivered
Should our courier service feel the package(s) will not be safe to leave unattended they can at their discretion leave notice of delivery and it will be your responsibility to arrange collection from the Couriers collection point address. If they feel it best to return the package(s) to Castle Lighting Pty Ltd you will be liable to pay the full additional freight charge to have it redelivered.
Castle Lighting Pty Ltd takes not responsibility for loss, theft., etc of package(s) that we were instructed to leave at an address that is not attended.

COURIER UNABLE TO DELIVER
The customer is to ensure that the correct delivery address is given and if applicable to collect package(s) from a collection point. Castle Lighting Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for incorrect information entered by the customer at the time the order is placed. Please double check all information provided to avoid delays and most importantly additional full price freight charges which the customer will be liable for should the goods be RETURNED TO SENDER being Castle Lighting Pty Ltd

SHIPPING
Shipping will be by Go Logistics, Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please or Australia Post or any nominated courier used by Castle Lighting Pty Ltd

SHIPPING CHARGES
A flat subsidised freight Charge of $16.95 including gst will be applied to all orders.

ITEM(S) DELAYED OR UNAVAILABLE
Should any item(s) be unavailable or delayed we will advise you of the delays by email and should there be more than one item ordered we will ask you to advise us if you are prepared to wait for the item that has been delayed to send all items in one delivery or if you want partial deliveries or if the delayed item(s) is/are to be substituted by an equivalent product or cancelled for a full refund.

DESPATCH TIMES
Once payment has been received order will be despatched the following day or within 72 hours of which you will be notified and generally the goods will be delivered by 48 hours however once goods have been put on the courier Castle Lighting Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier. Please see delivery times below.

DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated Delivery times from the date of despatch are as follows.
3 -5 Business Days- NSW / ACT
4-7 Business Days – VIC / QLD
5-9 Business Days – SA / TAS
6-11 Business Days – WA / NT
Regional Areas – Allow an additional 1 to 2 days

Castle Lighting Pty Ltd does not accept liability of delivery delays by couriers.

SHIPPING OVERSEAS
All orders will be despatched via Australia Post, while all package(s) will be sent via Online Tracking System through Australia Post Castle Lighting Pty Ltd accepts no liability for delivery delays either by Australia Post or your Local Government Customs.

SHIPPING OVERSEAS CHARGES
Overseas shipping charges will vary depending on the size of the order the cost of this will be advised by email, upon approval we will need payment before despatching the order. Freight is calculated based on volume or Kg whichever is greater.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND GOVT CHARGES
Please be aware of additional costs that you may be subject to by Customs etc by the Government of your country which Castle Lighting Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for advising you of these charges, it is your responsibility to check the charges of your country of destination.
