Changed your mind?
No Problem! You have up to 7 days from the date your order was received to notify us that you wish to return your order for an exchange or a refund (subject to any applicable fees or charges). To ensure all returns are re-sellable which means the boxes must not be opened, damaged, written on, we ask that the order be returned to us in full working condition, unfitted, unmodified and in its original packaging with all its accessories, item/s will need to be returned to our warehouse within 10 days of approval from return being granted.
Please note: The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery.

Contact us by email at [email protected] for these items and we will see how we can help, while we cannot guarantee that items will be taken back there may be times where we will be able to help you however this will be subject to fees and charges.
My order arrived damaged!
We take extreme care in packing and should for any reason items be received damaged provided you contact us by email at [email protected] within 48 hours from receipt of the product and provide a photo proof of the damage we will work with you to get you a replacement at the earliest possible.
Product is faulty!
Should your product fail within the warranty period we will work to replace the part of the product with, if there will be a model change then we will work with you to see how best to resolve your replacement, simply email us on [email protected] to facilitate warranty returns.
What is the returns process?
Simply email to us with photos to [email protected] informing us the relevant sales information and a brief explanation of the issue and we will contact you with instructions.
